The Boring Infra ▍

About

Who writes this

I'm Keerthi. I run the boring infra that has to keep working, and I've been doing it for a decade. Most of that is Kubernetes in production, across cloud and on-prem. This site is where the lessons come out.

Most writing teaches you the quickstart. I've spent my career where it never fits your deployment model, so I ended up learning the mechanism whether I wanted to or not. This is what came out of that. What actually happens when you run it, in plain terms. Some pieces introduce a tool you haven't met. Some fix the way you're running one. Either way, the point is boring infra that just works.

I write about anything that has to keep working. Kubernetes, cgroups, eBPF, cloud bills, and the AI serving stack. The stance is the same everywhere. One hard correct fact beats ten adjectives, and the mechanism matters more than the marketing.
